How It All Began…
Back in 2017, a young Londoner decided to chase his fitness goals. In order to get into shape not only physically but also mentally. After being put through hard times at school for being underweight, it was finally time to make some lasting change.
This same young man also had a dream of one day building his very own Empire, something he would build from the ground & eventually be able to use the success from this Empire to give back to the ones he loved most.
In 2019, just before the pandemic. This young man committed to a change of career by becoming a qualified Personal Trainer. After helping hundreds of clients achieve success similar to his own fitness journey. He then turned his attention to expanding his brand & turning it into the Empire that he had dreamt of.

Our biggest accomplishment has been the way our community has united together, no matter what shape, size, ethnicity or ability. Everyday our amazing community are spreading positivity & uniting together to empower each other on their fitness journey.
It just goes to show, no matter what journey you are own. It is always made easier when you are surrounded by people who care.
